This course helps the praticioner / student to understand the stages and phases an athlete need to go through to achive his target in various level (amateur/club level/proffesional/pro-level) and also give knowledge to design yogic pratice to different sports by understanding the biomeachnics of body. This course suits for those who want to enhance their knowledge in sports yoga and learn how the body responds to various yogic pratice.
